Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. When booking room only rates, please note that the price of the breakfast is not included and the price is calculated per person per night. Please note that the Spa and Wellness Center is available at an extra cost of EUR 40 per person for a 2 hours access. The swimming pool is only open seasonally in summer months. Please be informed that the pool has limited space, a reservation for a scheduled 2-hour slot is required to access the area. The booking can only be made directly at the hotel via our Guest Relations Team on the same day. The shuttle service costs EUR 15 per person per stay. In compliance with the Italian law, minors accompanied by an adult other than their parents can be checked in the hotel only with a valid ID and if the adult provides a declaration of consent issued by the parents of the minor together with a copy of a valid ID. In case of a minor accompanied by a parent and/or guardian with a different last name, a declaration of consent of the same-named parent and/or guardian or other parenthood certification will be required together with a copy of a valid ID. Please note that guests under 16 years old are not allowed in the Spa. Pets up to 25 kilograms are allowed; a supplement of € 45 per stay applies. Meal packages do not include the costs of children's meals. Please note that on dates from 25 April 2024 to 05 May 2024 and on the following days 11 May 2024, 12 May 2024, 18 May 2024, 19 May 2024, 25 May 2024, 26 May 2024, 08 June 2024, 09 June 2024, 15 June 2024, 16 June 2024, 22 June 2024, 23 June 2024, 29 June 2024, 30 June 2024, 06 July 2024, 07 July 2024, 13 July 2024, and 14 July 2024 there will be limitations imposed by the Municipality of Venice regarding access to the city in certain time slots. Guests who stay at Hilton Molino Stucky Venice on these dates are exempt from the payment to gain access if they are in possession of the nominative QR code obtained following a successful “Request Exemption” registration by visiting the website: http://cda.ve.it
